Staff will earn Rock Star Dollars by:
-Individual projects
-Management goals
-Survey's
-Team projects
-Attendance
And many other ways.
Standing Ovation
These will be given out by management. Any time a manager sees a staff member going above and beyond their duties.
-Picking up a piece of trash laying on the floor
-Assisting a guest outside their scope of work
-Helping a co-worker
-Assisting management with their duties
And many other ways
Rockin Tokens
Staff will be earning Rockin Tokens as a peer to peer recognition. These will be given among yourselves when you believe a co-worker deserve it.
-Helping each other
-Contributing to team goals
-Assisting guests
-Birthday
-Employee of the month
Just see a manager and let them know you want to Rock a co-worker's day
There will be ways of redeeming these rewards
- Gift cards (groceries, restaurants, gas)
Prizes (treats, a drink, gifts that we will have for staff to select)
